345pkr processes your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases, depending on the nature of the processing activity:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to fulfil our obligations to you under the Terms & Conditions — including Account management, support and transaction facilitation.
• Consent: Processing for optional purposes — such as marketing communications and non-essential cookies — where you have provided clear, specific and withdrawable consent.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, Platform security, analytics and responsible gambling monitoring, where such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.

345pkr does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances, and only with parties who are contractually required to handle it in accordance with this Policy:

The Platform may reference third-party services, including Operator platforms, payment providers and sports data services. While 345pkr takes care to reference reputable parties, we are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms or content of any third-party service.
