These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 345pkr ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 345pkr website located at https://345pkr.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

345pkr is an English-language online betting information and access platform serving Pakistani users. We are not licensed by any Pakistani authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body. The underlying betting and gaming services made accessible through the Platform are operated by third-party licensed operators under their applicable international licensing jurisdictions.

By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 345pkr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

When registering an Account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold balances pending investigation and permanently suspend the User from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials including your username and password. You must notify 345pkr support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 345pkr will not be liable for losses arising from the use of your Account by a third party where you have failed to safeguard your credentials adequately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 345pkr Account and do not reuse it on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available through the relevant Operator's platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including customer support agents.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.

Your use of the 345pkr Platform is subject to the following conditions. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree unconditionally to comply with these obligations:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, copy or systematically extract any content or data from the Platform without prior written consent.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or similar technologies to access the Platform or interact with any Operator service through the Platform.
• You will not transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable content through the Platform.
• You will comply with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations when using the Platform, including those governing online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You acknowledge that 345pkr is an information and access platform; the actual betting and gaming services are provided by independent Operators and are governed by those Operators' own terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. Past performance, bonus offers or illustrative examples presented on the Platform do not guarantee future results or returns.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed by the relevant Operator, not by 345pkr directly. The availability of specific payment methods, minimum and maximum transaction amounts, processing times and applicable fees are determined by the Operator and may vary. 345pkr makes no representation or guarantee regarding transaction speeds or specific payment method availability.

Payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — may be listed as available options by certain Operators. • All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification by the Operator before funds are released.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is set by the Operator and will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are typically valid for a limited period (e.g., 7–30 days). Unclaimed or unmet bonuses may expire at the end of the validity window.

The following general principles apply as context for Pakistani users of the Platform:

• Bets placed on cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are subject to the relevant Operator's cricket betting rules and settlement procedures. References to PSL or ICC events are contextual only and do not imply endorsement from PSL, ICC or any associated broadcasting entity.

• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or any other activity that constitutes sports corruption under applicable law.

• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform, structuring deposits to avoid AML (anti-money laundering) detection thresholds, or using betting activity to convert illicit funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited and where the Operator does not hold a licence, while using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your location.
• Posting, transmitting or uploading any content to the Platform that is defamatory, discriminatory, threatening or in violation of any applicable law.
• Impersonating 345pkr staff, Operator personnel or other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345pkr, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Operator service accessed through the Platform.

• 345pkr does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions.
• 345pkr is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or currency of odds data, RTP figures or other content sourced from third-party Operators or data providers.
• 345pkr is not liable for any gambling losses you incur through the use of any Operator's platform, regardless of whether you accessed that Operator through 345pkr.
• 345pkr is not responsible for any actions taken by an Operator, including account closures, bonus forfeitures, withdrawal delays or bet settlement decisions.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the relevant Operator holds its primary operating licence. 345pkr is not licensed by any Pakistani regulatory authority, and these Terms shall not be construed as implying any such licensing.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan are responsible for their own compliance with applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other relevant legislation.
